The family room was spacious, but dinner service was slow and needed more staff.

Had an awesome time with friends. The stunning Atlas Mountains as a backdrop made our swimming and sunbathing unforgettable. A short trip to Guéliz offered a nice blend of culture. Just a heads up, the villas are really spacious and the staff always friendly, but we wished for better variety in the food.

We had an issue on our last day where not enough clean glasses were available during breakfast. It felt a bit disorganized at times.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, where I enjoyed the large swimming pools and the variety of dining options available at the buffet restaurant, all just 10 km from Menara.

We had an awesome stay, enjoying the delicious themed kitchen nights and the relaxing heated pool. The well-maintained garden area was perfect for unwinding after our days of exploring. The dinner service could use a bit more staff to help with timely plate clearing, but overall, it was a fantastic experience! 🌟

It was just a balanced option for a brief pause in Lahebichate with good value for money. I really appreciated having a glass of mint tea or coffee after our siesta by the pool. Make sure to try the fresh, homemade soups at lunch.

Our stay was heavenly! The heated pool was perfect for relaxing with our newborn, while the variety of cuisines kept everyone happy. The staff's warmth made it feel like home—especially during the themed dinners. Truly a family-friendly paradise!

In my wife's opinion, the rooms could better accommodate families—two of our kids had to sleep in the lounge. It would be great to have more beds in the rooms for larger families.

First off, let’s talk about those udon soups – absolutely slurpalicious! Plus, the staff were genuine gems, always warm and welcoming. The pools were massive, perfect for splash-tastic fun with the kids!

While we were itching to slide, the pool slides were out of order during our stay. The main restaurant felt like a bustling New York subway at rush hour, with lines that tested our patience.

The staff were accommodating and attentive throughout my stay.

The housekeeping, particularly Karima and her team, maintained high cleanliness standards, and their creative towel designs added a special touch. The onsite dining provided a wide variety of delicious food, especially during themed nights. I loved the atmosphere around the pool area and the garden, so peaceful after busy days. On the downside, the dinner service needed more staff. I often waited too long for plates to be cleared. The entertainment could be intrusive when trying to relax, and I wished for less pushiness in getting guests involved. Overall, it was a great experience, but with a bit of refinement in service logistics, it could be even better.
